Wedding cake is always going to be the sweet ending to your reception feast, but why not add a new element to your own party?  The candy buffet is gaining in popularity, for good reason: it is an attractive and customizable display that offers something different for every guest. Let us take care of creating your candies table in The Boardroom…an intimate, warm setting that will enchant your guests.  We can pick out the sweet details for you or we can welcome your own selections.  A few ideas:

Sweets Matched to Your Style: For an afternoon, casual wedding, try playful choices such as bright rock candy, gummies or colorful taffy.  For a more upscale party, consider biscotti, chocolate covered strawberries and apricots, or sugar-coated nuts.

Display Decisions: Showcase your choices in clear jars of varying shapes, such as old-fashioned apothecary jars.  Or, use classy giant martini glasses and decorative plates arranged on different levels of a dramatically lit table.

Final Details: Provide decorative scoopers for each dish to keep your display tidy.  Consider artsy paper or plastic bags, or even oversized wine glasses for guests to use to collect their sweets.
